Bob Udell is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Communication and serves on its board of directors. Bob has dedicated more than 20 years to Consolidated’s mission of turning technology into solutions and enriching how communities work and live.

Upon stepping into the CEO role in 2015, Bob served as a trusted leader during a phase of significant growth as the company solidified its status as a top 10 U.S. fiber provider and grew into its current 20+-state service area. With more than 35 years of telecommunications leadership experience, Bob has dedicated his career to expanding broadband services to unserved and underserved communities though measured growth and accountability to investors, customers and employees

Bob served in leadership roles at TXU Communications including Executive Vice President of Business Development, Regulatory and Administration, and Chief Operating Officer. He served in leadership roles at McLeodUSA as Senior Vice President of Network Services and Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Indiana operations, and he held management roles at Bell Atlantic in operations, carrier sales and marketing.

Bob serves on the USTelecom Board of Directors.  He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Bob completed the Advanced Technology Innovations Program at Carnegie Mellon University.

Fred Graffam is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Consolidated Communications.  Fred joined Consolidated in 2022 with 30 years of experience in creating financial growth for companies. He is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, logistics, capx management and facilities.

Named Dallas Business Journal CFO of the Year (2022) and C-Suite Spotlight Top 25 Executive of the Year (2023), he is an experienced financial leader in the technology and telecom industries. Fred previously was the executive vice president and CFO at Monitronics International, dba Brinks Home Security, a leading home security and alarm company. He also served in leadership roles with DigitalGlobe, Inc., Level 3 Communications and Comcast.

Fred is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.  

Gaurav Juneja is Chief Operating Officer at Consolidated Communications and oversees the Consumer Fiber business including market development, product management, marketing, sales, call centers, customer experience, base management, as well as field operations and Information Technology, which support the enterprise. Gaurav joined the Company in 2023 as President of Consolidated’s consumer and small business organization.

Prior to his current role, Juneja served as Executive Vice President & General Manager for Consumer and as Chief Revenue Officer at MetroNet, where he was responsible for building all consumer sales channels, marketing, product management, MDU, market expansion, customer care and sales operations.  As EVP of Consumer at MetroNet, he led product management, customer care and field marketing. Juneja also held leadership positions at Rise Broadband, DISH Network and Arjay Group of Companies (Retailer for T-Mobile & Sprint), where he led consumer and SMB sales channels, field marketing and overall go-to-market strategies. 

Juneja has an MBA from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.A. degree from Trinity College.  

David Koehl is the Chief Information Officer at Consolidated Communications and leads enterprise applications and development, security and business intelligence functions.

David has more than 30 years of telecommunications and technology experience and a track record of leading transformation. Prior to joining Consolidated in 2024, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Metronet, where he led overall technology, data analytics, tech operations, cybersecurity, and business processes. David’s experience includes serving as the SVP of Digital Strategy and Technology at Frontier, and more than two decades at Accenture leading strategic business transformation and digital technology initiatives.

David has a bachelor’s degree in finance and BA in economics from Illinois State University.

Jennifer Spaude is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. She is responsible for media and public relations, internal communications, brand management and company giving programs.

Prior to joining Consolidated in 2014, she served as the Director of Investor Relations, Public Relations and Marketing at Enventis, formerly HickoryTech. She has 25 years of telecom industry experience holding senior positions in marketing, product management, investor relations and corporate communications.

Jennifer currently serves on the Greater Mankato Growth Board and the Minnesota State University, Mankato Foundation Board. She also serves on the Consolidated Communications Community Fund Advisory Board. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato and completed the Management Executive Program at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Dan Stoll is President of Consolidated’s Commercial and Carrier, focused on a commitment to grow commercial and carrier fiber solutions. In his role, Dan oversees the commercial and carrier go-to-market strategy including: sales, delivery, customer care, product management and related business development.

He has been a senior leader in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. Prior to joining Consolidated, Dan was the Managing Director of Zayo’s regional networks where he was responsible for sales, business and network development across 30 North America markets. Dan also served as Senior Vice President of networks in the west region during his tenure. He also was President of Electric Lightwave, LLC, and also spent 14 years at Integra Telecom, where he held numerous leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Dan has a  master’s degree of business administration from University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Westminster College.

Garrett Van Osdell is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Consolidated Communications. He oversees all legal and compliance matters, regulatory and legislative affairs, vendor contract management and corporate risk management.

Garrett has more than 20 years of experience advising public and privately-held companies on transactional and corporate law matters, with 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in the San Francisco Bay Area working for the law firms of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLC. In 2008, he moved in-house with FairPoint Communications where he most recently served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel prior to Consolidated’s acquisition of FairPoint in 2017.

He earned his juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review. He has an international master of business administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Gabe Waggoneer is Chief Network Officer at Consolidated Communications and oversees network architecture, network engineering, access & outside plant engineering, construction, network planning, and the network operations center. Prior to his current role, Gabe served as Executive Vice President of Operations where he led outside plant engineering, construction, service delivery, customer care and technical support, field operations and labor relations.

Gabe joined the Company in 1996 and has a diversified background having led numerous functions including: customer service, construction management and field services.

He serves as Chairman of the Roseville Telephone Museum.

Gabe holds a master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degree from the Lumpkin School of Business at Eastern Illinois University.
